National Hospitality Holdings LLC (“NHH”) is an investor, asset manager, and advisory firm specializing in the hospitality industry. With an emphasis on full-service hotels, and most recently casinos, NHH provides institutional-grade operational and financial experience at the senior level. NHH’s clients include investment banking firms, financial institutions, fund managers and public pension funds. Since its inception in March 2006, NHH has advised on $3.1 billion of assets.
NHH’s newest and primary division, acquisitions and direct investments, will focus on upscale full service, independent or branded repositioning opportunities. A division of NHH will manage the asset or a strategic partner may be assigned.
NHH’s asset management division oversees 21 hotels with 6,155 rooms in 15 states. Hotels in this division are full-service, branded upscale to upper-upscale hotels that range in size from just under 200 rooms to 550 rooms.
The company’s advisory division helps select institutional investors navigate the hotel, resort and casino investment landscape. Whether representing owners at the preferred equity level, partnering with investment banking firms providing advice to internal clients, or conducting due diligence and underwriting for prospective investors, NHH has successfully provided strategic leadership and direction.
